The Club W recumbent bikes are set up with an LED screen that streams our Wellness Education Channel,  Mind123. Presented by world leading experts, the talks cover 6 different categories including Health, Nutrition, Beauty, Self, Wealth and Relationships. 

Gone are the days of a boring bike ride, the time flies by when you’re in our Active Education area.
