Stretch Back 10 Mins with Claire
This 10 minute stretch session with Claire is designed to release stress and tension through the lower back.
Yang Room
The Yang Room is where you can take part in higher intensity exercises that will increase your heart rate. These are outwardly focused activities such as Fight, Cardio, Dance, Strength & Barre.
Yin Room
The Yin Room is where you can take part in calm, gentle, inwardly focused activities such as Pilates, Yoga, Stretch, Meditation, Breathe & Chi.
