If you’re looking for a fun and healthy way to keep active and meet new people, then our Walk & Talk groups are for you. The Club W Walk and Talk Groups are a free wellness initiative created by Club W for our members and the local community

Walking supports your Heart Health

Walking for an average of 30 minutes or more a day can lower the risk of heart disease, stroke by 35% percent and Type 2 diabetes by 40%*

150 minutes a week is the goal

Adults aged 18-64 years should aim for 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week.

Benefits of Walking include:

- Increased cardiovascular fitness

- Stronger bones & improved balance

- Improved circulation

- Reduced risk of heart disease & stroke

- Increase muscle strength & endurance

How much does it cost?

The Club W Walk & Talk Groups are a free wellness intiative created by Club W for our members and the local community.

Do I have to be a Club W member?

No, Club W Walk & Talks are open to all community members.

What if there isn't a convenient time?

Let us know when you would love to do a walk and our team will endeavour to create one!
